What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

For all UK orders -
Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 2-3 business days excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at oudaromas@hotmail.com.

Returns:

We at Oud Aromas really hope you love your products, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied you may return your product for a refund within 14 days of delivery - providing that the product is unopened and remains in the original condition.

To return please email oudaromas@hotmail.com with your order number. When the product has been received and confirmed we can offer an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for products that have been used or altered in any way.

You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include the name on the order and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

If you receive a product which you believe is faulty please email oudaromas@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery of the product and our customer service team will be able to assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order but you must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please see our returns process explained above.
